CONTRACT TO PERFORM SERVICES
This is a legally binding contract between Megan Schihl and ( YOUR NAME HERE )
This is a booking contract to have the performers rendor their services on the following date and time: Saturday, July
10, 2006 6:00 pm - 12:00 am ( a six hour period of time ) . The fee for this event is agreed by all parties to be $300 due
and payable prior to the beginning of the performance on the above mentioned date. Please notice that the entertainment will
not begin until payment has been rendered to the performers. All payment shall be made out to Megan Schihl.
I, Megan Schihl, will set up and deliver music and equipment. Specific music requests are welcome with a two week
advance notice. We welcome the use of your own private compact disc(s), please have them marked in a way that we can tell
that they are yours.
* = The only time that a deposit will be returned is if the venue is in an outdoor setting and there is inclimate weather
present.
